How long will delivery take?

Orders are processed in a day and once the order is dispatched to you it may take up to 3-5 working days to reach you.

  • Majorcities: 1 to 3 days

  • Regional areas: 2 -3 days

  • Outlying areas: may take up to 5 days

These delivery times may be affected during the busy festive season with a possibility that your shipment may reach you a little later than usual.

Do deliveries occur on weekends and public holidays?

Our Contracted Courier Company does not delivery our packages on a weekend or public holidays. Should you however require this service, we can arrange it atadditional cost.

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver anywhere in South Africa.

Is it safe to shop online?

Yes, all credit card transactions take place on a secure page and no credit card details are stored. Transactions occur automatically through PayFast which is a secured payment gateway.

Do I need a credit card to purchase from your online store?

No. A direct EFT can be made into our bank account. A proof of payment can me emailed to info@mysticbeautysa.com

If I am unable to find a makeup or beauty product, will you be able to help?

If you are unable to find a product, just drop us a message at sales@mysticbeautysa.com or via our CONTACT US Page, with your requirements and we will do our best to source it for you.
