1: PERSONAL INFORMATION THAT WE COLLECT
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information”. This provides us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
Additionally when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (credit card numbers and banking details), email address and phone numbers. We refer to this information as “Order Information”.
We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:
- Communicate with you;
- Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and
- When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.
Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you information such as emails about our store, new products and other updates.
We also use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).
We will only use your personal information (as provided by you) for its intended use. That is, personal information required by us to complete a transaction such as verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase and will be used for that specific reason only.
Should we ask you for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your consent, or we will provide you with an opportunity to decline. You can contact us at anytime should you wish to opt-out and hence withdraw your consent for us to contact you, be it for the continued collection, use or disclosure of your information.
You place your orders with us on the following premise: that you have the legal capacity to enter into the transaction; we only conclude an agreement when we dispatch our goods to you; we may cancel any order (if required to do so), but we will refund any money due to you.
4. SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information as described above. For example, we use Shopify to power our online store--you can read more about how Shopify uses your Personal Information here: https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy.

After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa and MasterCard.
